PAYMENTS

My website is powered by StoresOnline which provides the highest level of secure shopping on our site. Your private information will never be shared or sold.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Paypal. International Customers must pay with credit card or paypal. Money order or Personal Check (make payable to Dream House Dolls) Personal checks your order will be held for 7 days for your check to clear the bank, at that time your order will be sent. Phone orders with check or money order have 7 days to reach us. If your payment is not received the order will go back in stock.  Keep in contact with us. We are here for you.

SHIPPING

Orders placed after 11:00 am central time will not ship out until the next Business day. Business day being Monday-Friday.

Most items ship out the same or next business day. If you order on Friday it wil not ship until the following Monday. Our shipping days are Monday - Friday, nothing will be ship out on the weekend.

Shipping is billed after you check out. My shopping does not add shipping I will charge your card the shipping cost of the item after the item is packed and is weight and ready to go at which time I will send you a email of the shipping cost.

We ship USPS and UPS depending what you purchase.  We will work to give you the lowest price possible and only charge you for the actual shipping cost of the order. If you would like a shipping quote before your purchase  please email me and we will be glad to give you a total.

International Shipping

Dream House Dolls ships all over the world! We us USPS for shipping and orders will generally ship within 2 business day from the date that the order is placed.  All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Expedited shipping quotes can be provided upon request.

PRE-ORDERS

Some merchandise you can pre-order. This is indicated in the description of the item with the extimated release and ship date.  (When you place a pre-order your charge card will be billed at that the order is placed!)

This way you are guaranteed the item! By checking out you are agreeing to be charged for that item!

If you do not want to be charged for the item you have the choice of waiting until it is in stock, but we can not guarantee by the time it come in we are not sold out.

Please do not compine Pre-Order Merchandise with Available Merchandise  if you want them to ship together.

Please not that there are somtimes delays in receiving merchandise due to production or shipping issues that we have no control over. We will ship merchandise as soon as we recieve it. Also note that pictures we have online are of prototypes and sometimes the final product may be slightly different that the original prototype.

The merchandise will ship to you as soon as it is in stock.

If the merchandise does not come in within 6 months of extimated ship date you will receive a full refund with no restocking fee.
